For your land,
the right value.
Land or a field: its value depends on zoning, building rights and location. Send us the province, the district and, if you know them, the block and parcel numbers; our agent checks the zoning status and comparable land sales in the area and comes back with a reasoned value.
We come back to you with
three things.
Zoning and comparables analysis
Zoning status, building rights and land sales around it: a realistic value.
Sale or flat-for-land deal
A cash sale or a flat-for-land agreement with a developer? We put both scenarios side by side, with figures.
The right buyer
Direct presentation to investors and developers looking for land, without needlessly flooding the market with listings.
"I'll just list it
online myself."
Of course you can. The real question is who will sell the property. Listing is the easy part; the difference shows in the price, the buyer and at the negotiating table.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my block and parcel numbers?
They're on your title deed. You can also see them in the title deed section of e-Devlet or in the Land Registry's Parcel Query app. If you don't know them, leave it blank; our agent will find them with you.
Can I sell land with a shared title?
Yes. With a shared title, the other co-owners have a statutory right of first refusal; we clarify the co-owner situation and the sales plan with you before the sale.
How does land differ from a field in value?
Land (arsa) is zoned; how much can be built on it determines its value. A field (tarla) is agricultural land; building is limited, and its value depends on road frontage, water, electricity and how the area is developing.
Flat-for-land deal with a developer, or sell?
Either can make sense. In a flat-for-land deal your share, the developer's reliability and the timeline matter; in a sale, today's value does. We compare both options and help you decide.
Do you handle land outside Istanbul too?
Yes. Our portfolio includes listings outside Istanbul; choose the province and district in the form, and where needed we work together with RE/MAX offices in that region.
Does filling in the form commit me to anything?
No. The form is only so we can get to know your property. Hear our price recommendation and carry on only if you want to. An agency agreement is made only when you decide, and in writing.
Where are my photos used?
Only inside our office, to assess your property. They are never published anywhere without your permission. If you go ahead with a listing, we take professional photos.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Your request reaches our office instantly; the agent you chose, or one who knows your area, will call you within 15 minutes during office hours and at the latest the same day.
